September 10, 2016 at 12:16 pmSociety and Families are Very Soft today! Players aren’t being disciplined at home and coaches want to be their friends! Many Coaches aren’t disciplined themselves all the time! They can’t lead by example! Players want to be disciplined but it isn’t there for them! Teachers hands are tied in today’s Society! They can’t discipline kids today! If you don’t respect your parents how are you going to listen to outside adults! Knowledge of the game for many coaches are a problem! We have a Motto that you can’t teach something that you don’t know! Stick to the things that you do know! Athletes want to get better all the time! The discipline has to start at 3 or 4 years old! This process isn’t being used anymore!
