I would be interested in hearing you talk about Community buy in. How to help parents understand the overall goals of a program? I know in my situation, trying to build culture, and get parents on board is very difficult. Being transparent is a policy I have, and strive to live by. I have a very young team, but parents want to win now. Players seem to respond well to my methods of positivity and coaching, but the message at home has been reported as very negative. I think it’s a very interesting topic, and is probably one of the biggest threats to coaches at the HS level, considering the tremendous number of coaches leaving the field. Just interested in your thoughts. Thanks for the podcasts, and thanks for considering the topic I’m open to all thoughts.
