I coach a 7th grade ladies team and we have had our struggles with getting in our feelings and not expressing those feelings in a healthy way. Instead, my players wear it on their shoulders and it turns into a distraction. Finger pointing, lack of energy, lack of effort is usually the outcome. I appreciate ya’ll sharing some of your tips as it will be largely implemented by me going forward
